John K. Carter, Esq.

John K. Carter has more than 25 years of experience in a wide range of corporate transactions within the financial services industry, including working for a prominent law firm, Skadden Arps; a federal regulator (SEC); and industry leaders, Franklin Resources, Citigroup, and Transamerica.

Previously, John served as Chairman, President and CEO of a $50 billion asset management company consisting of approximately 120 funds and 35 investment sub-advisers. John served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer prior to be promoted to the helm of the company.

Currently, John serves as an independent director of a growing mutual funds complex.

John graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at University of Virginia, with a focus on Finance. He earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Managing Board of the Virginia Tax Review.

John is a member of the Florida Bar; District of Columbia Bar; and the Virginia State Bar. John also earned his Master of Theology degree from St Leo University in Dade City, FL.

T. Gregory Reymann II, Esq.

Highlighting a career that spans over 25 years and includes senior legal and compliance positions at global investment management leaders, Franklin Resources and Transamerica, Principal Greg Reymann’s diverse background gives him a real-world perspective in analyzing and providing solutions to his individual and corporate clients.

Greg has used his expertise in estate and tax planning, probate and trust administration, corporate law, employee benefits, and investment management to meet the various needs of his clients. 

Greg has also authored numerous articles on tax planning and investment management, and he is a frequent speaker at industry leading conferences on these subjects.

Greg is a member of the Florida Bar, the Ohio Bar, and the Iowa Bar, and he is an active faculty member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals. Greg earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law; and his Masters degree in Laws in Taxation and Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law.
